It is a standard nut, but has a polymer or nylon collar that secures it to the bolt so that it doesn't loosen over time. Really common. Just pop down to a hardware store and ask for M6 X 1.0 nyloc nuts and they should be able to sort you out! There is a useful chat about your situation...
