I thought I should update my MoVI M5 to the latest firmware 4.01. Downloaded it from here: http://freeflysystems.com/software-manuals/, connected my Samsung tablet via Bluetooth, initiated the upgrade within the MoVI app. Everything went fine until the progress bar showed about 12%...
Just wonder why they did all the patents on that bird.....their competition is sitting right next to them in China, where patents mean kack all......
Good thing is: For great footage you need lots of talent and experience.... the rig is just a tool
I have seen the most terrific footage with the GH2.....and I have seen junk with the GH4. It's not the camera which makes great footage, it's the guy behind the camera. Creativity and knowlede is the trick, not the latest equipment....

The Zenmuse definitely needs a DJI flight controller....There are some videos on youtube where people just connect the Wookong IMU to the Zenmuse, but these vids are all handheld. A week ago I was playing arround with my Zenmuse (for Sony 7) and had the idea to mount it to my Skyjib...
There is too many moving parts on that thing.....sloppy linkages...wobbly di bobbly.....another recipe of desaster.
Interesting thing: DJI changed their marketing strategy now.....after that "look-what-we-have-preorder-now-and-get-whenever-we like" doesn't work any more, now they "leak"...

Scroll down on that page and download Wookong-M Assistant Software v1.36 first......install it and hook your Wookon-M to the PC. Within the software, it should let you load Firmware 56.20.

Don't know if I understood your question right, but FPV mode on the Z15 is exactly doing that....one switch for going into FPV mode, another switch for having the camera horizontal or pointing down 90°....only drawback is the limitation in FPV mode to yaw the Z15, always stays in flying...
