Just let you know my torxpower motors arrived today ,cheers Geoff;).The order was only placed on monday morning,so that`s quick service.I ordered some esc from Giantcod ,and they didn`t arrive yet,but to be fair I did place that order later in the morning.
As its a christmas present from my wife I`ve not even been able to open the box yet to check them out:(

If they are anything like the bigger version, you will love them. Nice and smooth and no problems with them.

Gunter.

18a are fine with the 2216 Torxpower yes , with the larger motors 3536 Torxpower I would use 30a-40a to be safe.

Using the hiobby wing 18 amp ESC's no problem on my ADX3 with Axi motors and the 25 amp ones with the TorxPower motors. The only reasron I used 25 amp ones on my frame wheel buiuldwas coz I had them! Otherwise I wouldhave used the 18's or even 12's

Jake to be on the safe side why not get yourself one of those watt meters and run your motors to see what they can draw at full power, as it really depends on the prop. you are using and the volts. Less volts higher amps.

Anyone else? There has to be more good guys out there!

Dave
Yes I am one of the good guys out there, I have been stung by a few companys over the past few years who are fast to take your pants down, and not help you to put them back on"If you know what I mean".
I am all new to the multi rotors, I have flown helis and planes for over 15 years, and earlier this year I decided to treat myself to a multi rotor copter, Thats where this guy came into place.
Geoff at quadcopters.co.uk.

I have never met a guy like him, he is so helpfull and knows his stuff, even simple things that I could of sorted out myself if i read instructions, he has always been at the other end of the phone to help me sort out my problems. And as goes from 9 to 5 which most companys run for, This guy answers my questions in text aswell as voice as late as midnight.
I'v got to say the customer support from Geoff is 100%+. I have visited him on couple of occasions as I am one of those where I want things like yestoday even thoe he can get them to me for next day, and at both occasions he has made me very wellcome.
I will support him for any future needs that i will require, because i know i will get the support from him knowing he doesn't just take your money and run.
So I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Geoff for helping me in the wright direction to this hobby.
Cheers
Rob
