Zenmuse Z15 wont fire up.

Newbie here. I just purchased a used DJI S800 with Zenmuse Z15. When i connected everything the Hex works fine no issues but the Zenmuse will not fire up or initialize. When you first put power to it it will twitch for a sec then nothing. Tried a new GCU same thing. Any help will be appreciated as DJI won't help. Thanks

The Zen is likely damaged. The LA Center has the parts to do a repair but you will have to pay for the service.
