Hi all,
I received a message from DJI in regard to which lens I plan on using on my Nex with my Zenmuse. I replied that I plan on using a number of different lenses, all of which will be primes. Was this going to be a problem ?
The answer informs me that I shouldn't use a zoom lens because of the shifting of the COG. I totally get this and hadn't planned on using any zooms, but I am then asked to make a decision on which lens I wish to use and inform them.
What on earth is this about ?
Surely I can adjust my COG for whichever lens I wish to use (within limitations of course). Has anybody received theirs yet ? Could you comment on the setup ?
I'm not interested in using only one lens. This email has me concerned to the point that I am considering canceling the order.
Also I am going to presume that it is a cultural difference, but I find the emails from DJI to be curt to the point of rudeness.
