yellow warm up lights take a long time

the warm up time is taking over 2 min on my naza v2 on the f550, the manual says hook up to the assistant, but what then, can some one give me a guide please.

I've had a few times where it seems like I will never get the 'warm up' sequence to stop....

I too hooked the quad back up to the Assistant, checked and re-checked everything, no change.... Sometimes the I get 'go' sequence after only a few moments, and sometimes it takes awhile(I have never timed the sequence, but when you're waiting it does seem forever)

So you have been flying this or is it not set up yet?

I have been flying , for couple weeks only. got it second hand but the guy didn`t say any thing about it. it just seems a bit long to me, may be that is okay.
