Would this be the Kickstarter.com version of the "Flip of Death"?

More than 12,000 people gave a total of £2,335,119 to fund the Zano Drone via Kickstarter.

With the sudden departure of your CEO Ivan Reedman, the engineer driving the design of the mini-drone, investors are livid! With months of delays and poor communications we have to take action. We claim deceptive practices by falsifying the capabilities promised in your advertising and videos. We have proof that your concept cannot deliver what was promised by experts examining the platform and programming you are using.

The last attempt at fulfillment was to ship the unit without the capabilities promised; being told issues would be fixed with software updates. Many programmers say this is also not possible.

YOU HAVE OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED.

To top it off, you decided to ship units to pre-paid customers first and NOT THE ORIGINAL INVESTORS! The units that have been shipped have been reported as "uncontrollable" or do not fly at all!

We demand a full refund to all investors of the Zano Drone by the Torquing Group.

This will be circulated throughout the entire drone community to expose the fraud of this company and put other Kickstarter Drone Campaigns on notice!

Bart,

Realistically, how many people believe most of the Kickstarter fund raising activities for multirotors are not scams? When looking at some of them ya gotta figure people would have to have a couple screws loose to send them a penny.
