On the actual law relating to transmission of Video i.e. using a 5.4Ghz RX / TX to display what the MR is seeing to the ground station for commercial gain. From what I can understand to do this legally you would need a broadcast licence - I hope I am wrong.

Its a minefield trying to work out whats needed to legally earn money doing this stuff :dejection:

I am under the understanding that 5.8GHz above 25mW requires an amateur radio licence from OFCOM.
