WKM with HobbyKing 40A BlueSeries throttle calibation issue

Dear rotor nerds...

just testing a new X8 (modified Tarot 810 as X8) within the 15 pound AUW range with these Hobbyking 40amps Blue series (NO SimonK).
if using the ESC with all parameters are set as required and NO throttle calibration the X8 lifts off and behaves as normal BUT the copter is still not "looked" in because he gets in a pendulum effect in stronger winds. without wind its ok.
right now i cannot go higher with Basic gains as the landinggear will start vibrating.

but here is the curious thing...
if doing a throttle calibration (waiting for the 4 beeps), the takeoff is still normal but after 10 sec. or more the copter just start to loose power and gets in
a pendulum effect around the pitch axis. its very hard to get out of this oscillation around the pitch because if already giving full throttle i just can try to land the copter slowly.

i have a another similar X8 with same weight and 20cm more m to m length
but the the mystery 40 amp (SimonK) ESCs which work flawless after calibration.

what is the proper way to calibrate the Blue series ESCs and get rid of the pendulum effect?

Thx for help
