From first flight mu octo drifts forward and right in Atti mode. It requires 9 trim clicks back from elevator a about four left from elev to compensate the drift in a calm day. The question is these trim imputs makes the gps mode to drift back and left so I must choose to between the right setting in Atti or in Gps. Cant find a way to calibrate the accelerometers or set an offset value. The imu is right leveled placed. Should I set an offset outleveling the imu?

You can do one of two things. Put a bit of subtrim in the elevator to level it out or shim the IMU a bit. Are you sure your X,Y and Z positions are calculated and input correctly with the proper sign? Most drift has been becuase the positioning numbers were off. Make sure you check the positioning settings first before doing anything else.
