I was holding my breath, as it takes awhile, but the first thing I tried, was Mission Planner, and it runs on Windows 10

I just skipped the line and downloading now. Will give it a try on my laptop. No media center any more so not going on my main PC unless I can find a replacement for my TV card that works with its own media center like software.

How big of a download is it? Since there aren't any foreseeable bugs with Mission Planner, I may download it on my laptop as well.
