Where's DJI?

With numerous issues with photogrammetry not working as promised and other mechanical/software issues, DJI has dropped off the face of the earth. No emails returned for the last month. I own numerous DJI WKm's and airframes for professional mapping and photo/video work. No support any more? With countless money spent on S800's, zenmuse, autopilots etc you would expect some support. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me.

Yeah, I don't think DJI will be another purchase of mine......... Although I really have not had many problems, they have little to no support and the horror stories I hear on this forum, well it scares me to feed too much into another DJI product.

With all the new products they're introducing, how hard would it be to iron out the problems with existing customers? Seems to be short term thinking about their bottom line and not down the road. Just fixing the S800's issues would gain them huge respect. But instead they're giving us upgradea we have to pay for just to keep the beast in the air and not kill someone. Unfortunately, most companies respond issues like this but DJI has their own ideas....they just simply don't care lol! Hey, lets introduce a new gopro gimbal! So what if our pro gear is falling out of the sky, this will sell like hotcakes! Oh man, I'm getting bitter now! Maybe I should cut my losses and setup a Skyjib with a APM 2.5. At least I can get someone to return my emails.
