where to connect remote shutter on the F550

Where should I connect it? on the Naza v2 or on the Futaba receiver?

Spare channel on your receiver. You may have a momentary switch on your transmitter (my 14SG has one for example, switch H). Configure that switch to your spare channel and then that will trigger the camera shutter thingy.
