Vishay Spectrol multi-turn pots, timing belts and pulleys??

Does anyone know where to get components like the Vishay Spectrol multi-turn pots (3-turn, 5-turn, 10-turn) in Europe without a Radio Spares account? I have to get so much stuff from the USA and surely it must also be available somewhere in Europe. Timing belts and pulleys are more examples. I only know of SDP/SI in the US and its awkward because they don't ship overseas so it has to go to a US address. But then if your bank address is not the same as the shipping address you cannot pay for it. So I have to call on friends to buy stuff on their card, ship it over here and then I pay them for it all. It is so backward.

Although not quite as backward as France which is totally bleeding useless for materials and components. But perhaps there is a supplier in Germany or one of the other Euro countries?
