I've been trying various 5.8G video Tx/Rx systems trying to get a reliable video link to a monitor and I just can't seem to get it right. I just got a 32ch Tx which we have been testing and found 2 channels that we can get a reasonable picture but there is still some interference. We got the gimbal and mounted it to a steadycam and walked around outside with it to see how it performed. Whilst walking there is static but when you stop the picture clears up indicating some interference from the gimbal/controller but we have line filters and even changed the control Tx/Rx system which cleaned it up a lot.
Anyhow we will fly the gimbal again soon and see how it performs line of sight without obstacles but it looks like we are going to have to start again with something else......
