Two battery setup or one?

Hello

I'm really struggling with this question.. I can't choose if I should get a separate battery setup for FPV & ESC of just one for both.

I'll be using a 4S LiPo with an immersionRc 5.8Ghz 600mW Tx & 25A SimonK ESC's. I heard that the ESC's good disturb the frequency of the vTx..
I bought some ferriterings to filter the high noise.. So one 4S should do fine ? Or do I miss something?

that video tx has a built in switching regulator and filter......... it's part of the EZ familly

one or two flight packs, but don't worry about a seperate pack for the vtx. in fact, mine was soldered right with the esc on the bottom plate.
