toroid rings?

Does anyone use toroid/ ferrite rings on the ESC wire to Naza/WK?
They come standard on some esc's but I don't see a lot of people using them on multis.
Anyone tested for a difference?

I tried installing some on a quad when I was having problems with a Hoverfly Pro board flipping in flight. I didn't see any difference with them vs not having them and the flipping turned out to be a power problem with the HF Pro board. I'm sure there are instances where they do make a difference but I haven't seen it on multirotors so far.
