Interesting idea for a camera based security system.
But this line, "a large variety of payloads such as CCD/IR cameras, radars, laser designators, relays, cellular antennas, and hyperspectral sensors and can receive COMINT and ELINT. " could be troublesome if it's available to the general public.
Laser designator, COMINT and ELINT? Uh, oh. The privacy police are going to have a field day.
