testing my hex now its put some weight on...

hi all
well ive bin out today with my F550 just to test it as its starting to feel heavy to me now, how do you no when you got to much weight on ya hex
other than it not getting off the floor :)
well it seems better in the air with all that weight and not getting kicked all over the place with the wind. i will get round to findin out what the total weight is.

2 videos of it flying today... oh and me lobbin me hex off the table at the end :) so 2nd video is me trying it again lol

Ideally, all up weight, it should hover at mid-stick. Too much weight, larger props to compensate, or visa-versa for low stick hover.

Excessive weight, she'll let you know, like hovering a cement block at full power, or severe pendulm effect.

thanks for the info mate, say is it the norm for the motors to feel slighly warm.... think im good with the weight i have then cos it hovers around the mid-stick
may start to look for ways to cut on my weight now :)
