TARANIS X9D Digital Telemetry Radio Battery?

Just received my new Taranis and am wondering what all you Taranis Owners use for TX battery?? I bought the one that had no charger. That was recommended by you folks here on the forum.

If I change battery, what connector do I need to buy to splice into new battery? And what brand and model battery would you recommend??
