Syma X8HC full motor shut down problems during flight

I have the Syma X8HC and had it do a shut down and fall from the sky. At first I was wondering if I get the throttle to low (Six O' Clock position) but it does it in the upper ranges to, the only difference, I had time to re-throttle and save the crash. This happen several times, I landed and check all connections, I have fresh batteries also in my controller.
Any ideas?
