Stuttering motors

This is a mapping quad with a WKm using Foxtech 6135 330KV motors and DYS40 (flashed, SimonK) speed controls. The motors intermittently stall and stutter on startup. Anyone have any ideas? The speed control are supplied to work with the 6135 motors from Foxtech. On a good note, the flight time with camera is 45min! Great motor/prop combo for mapping. thaqt is the strangest thing I hav ever seen. Normally when it makes that kind of noise spinning them does not work and a connection to the esc is bad

I saw an issue like this and it was with a Blade MQX. It turner out to be a bad motor, but before I did any replacement I'd use a multi-volt meter and check the signal before the ESC's and then before the motors to be sure that the signal (power) is constant. Maybe power up the motors, one at a time (without props) and see how they work. STRANGE!
