Stratosnapper 2

Hi all, Im having no joy getting my stratosnapper 2 to work. I cant get the little smart tool utility to talk to the SS2 and that on both my PC running win 7 and my Mac running 10.9.5 and yes I have the virtual port drivers installed and tried running the script after getting the com port error message that the port is in use.
Seems like a few others out there are having the same problems and I get no replies to any of my emails sent to the manufacturer. Can anyone help with a solution or an alternative product that works with a NEX 7

Hi Stu,
I am having the same issue however mine is on Windows 8.1 both x86 and x64. Did you ever manage to hear from them? I sent a few emails, gave up and ordered a GentLED.

Hi Mike, after numerous emails they finally responded when I posted on the forum and offered to refund my money. It would cost me more in time than what's it's worth to send it back let alone the time spent trying to get it to work.
I'll try a Gentled myself.
