Sony Vegas movie Studio 12 Platinum Render Settings?

Can anyone help me with what settings to use when rendering my hero 3 black shot at 180 60P ?? I have tried all kinds of different settings and the video always comes out with some vibrations and some "twitching" (Which are not in the original video) and when i make turns its a very unsmooth blurring effect that almost makes you dizzy...I have search youtube for hours and can find nothing that helps :(

Can you tell us what settings you are rendering to? If your raw video is in 1080 60 then you edit you have to make sure you render in the same 1080 60p. otherwise it will be all over the place. I use Vegas pro and can only render 1080 60p in the .mt2s format.

I have been trying to render in wmv11 1920X1080 @ 59 fps deinterlace set to none and I just cant stop getting like "Twitches" in the final video, I'm thinking cause the WMV formatt has only a 8.4 mbs rate. I'll try any formatt, I just want it to look good and play smoothly.
