The 1 fps is dependent on what settings you have on the camera.. the more auto you want it the slower it is. In fixed aperture and manual focus its quicker but not any where near the speed it is capable of.. have to say it aint been a problem for me.. Rather than hack it like they are we can use a servo with a arm on it to depress the shutter rather than the gentled system if speed is required. I am looking at the possibility of adding this to my set up
