Straight up. I'm a noob to the hobby with only one build. Ever since I seen the YouTube video with that drone automaticlly dodging the wire setup I have been wondering when this could be something we can add on. I've see those lasers (altimeter?) That datect things. Or at least I think that's what I read. Wouldn't it just take a really good one and some killer programming Into an add on board or dedicated nazed controller? Just a random thought...
So where are we at with collision detection on affordable consumer lever?

I don't think we're there yet, but we're seeing more cars coming out with this technology. So I'd bet in a few years we'll see the Chinese reverse engineering it for us
