SM450 V2 - First Quadcopter

Finally got all the pieces for my first quadcopter. SM450 V2 kit just arrived from RCTimer. I plan to get into FPV in the future, but right now it's time to learn to fly. :tennis:


"Typical" Chinese packaging. Thought it might at least come in a box. :(

The motors had 3.5mm bullet connectors already installed, the ESCs did not. I had to wait for more bullet connectors to come in for the ESCs.


Here's the lower power distribution board all wired up. The solder connections have been covered with liquid tape. I like having the power distribution built in, but I don't like bare high current wires just waiting to be shorted by something.
