s800 with z15 and nex7 (prop flicker in video anyone?)

So has anyone come up with anything to get rid of the flicker in your video when using a z15 and nex7 I am surely not the only one getting this. It's a pain to remove in post editing!

I wanted to add a small lens shade but afraid it may throw off the balance of the gimbal. It happens really bad when filming with the sun straight above.

Any solutions?
