S800 or Wookong problems

Hi guys.

I got in last Friday my long-awaited S800. Since June 29 I'm waiting due to the replacement of the ESC's and wookong MC.
During the weekend I set up everything and calibrated all the settings and this afternoon I went to my first test flight.

When s800 went off I notice that not all engines also ran in three pairs of which made me immediately suspicious that something was not right. I gave him a bit more throttle and s800 when going off was not going straight, he leaned to the side and I have not pursued further because if he falls would broke some propellers and these are very hard to find.

At home I grabbed the machine and I was shooting film to try for the film in slow motion to detect what are the engines that ran with a difference. When I was filming some engines started making strange noises and get fast rotations.

In the video problems begin the minute 0:07 m

I've disassembled the S800 to see if the MC is the new one and in my multimeter readings I get 1.350 in all M's and F's, but happens a strange thing, when it's measuring the read start at 1.350 but the number keep counting (1.351 1.352 1.353.......) and it never stop.

Last night i sent this same videos to DJI and they contact my dealer. Here is the response from DJI to my dealer:

Quote:
Hi, Anselm,
Could you help Mr. Flavio?
The motor sounds not right. GPS orientation is wrong and S800 heading is not clear.

....so...did you contact your dealer ? Maybe you should also tell your Firmware version of the WooKong. In the meantime you could flash firmware version v5.8. (How to do that is covered widely in this forum). Doing so could give you already an indication if your problem is related to firmware or to any hardware on your S800. If you have v5.8 already on your WooKong, try v5.12...but watch out to have the matching assistent software version.

Have a look here:

...just in case uninstall your present version of Wookong-M Assistant Software) , if you can't get it right, try v5.12...5.12a was before and was a beta version. But watch out, different firmwares do have different manuals !

The important thing is to get any different firmware to find out in the first step if your problem is firmware or hardware.

Just send a quick note if it worked for you...
