I am trying to find a small camera to attach to the eye cup on a DSLR to assist in framing shots and wanted to see if there is anything readily available or what's needed to put one together.

You can use an fpv camera that has a longer lens. I was able to use mine with a medium lens by zooming in on my monitor with the underscan feature.

I put some velcro on my 28mm lens & mounted a small fpv cam on the main lens, works well.
