Red flashing light

Hi,

i have a problem with my wookong m.

I can't change the flying mode.

When i change the flying mode i see it in the assistant software. The software shows no error and when i switch to atti -->atti is blue, switch to gps--->gps is blue...........

The problem is that the led indicator of the wookong flashes only red (in all flying modes).
It flashes 3 times, than a short brake, flashes 3 times...........

The MC light is red and the PMU light green.

I can start the motors of the Wookong.

Are each flight modes actually lighting up in the Assistant software ??
Sounds like you need to tweak your EPA and Subtrim to get each flight mode lighting up in the TX screen of the software.

In the software all is ok --> the flight mode i lightning up. But the led always blinks red.

I have check all the cables-- they are ok.
All on the receiver is ok.

Inside and i know that it means GPS satellites < 5 but the led didn't blink yellow when i change to AH and didn't blink blue when i switch to Failsafe......

Is it possible that my led is not working corectly??

When i power on the wookong i hear the melody. Then i always have the flashing red lights in every flight mode (GPS satellites < 5)

Then i switch between manual and gps into the calibration mode and the led didnt light anymore.

I have open the led, but i can´t find the problem.

Since i have open the led, the yellow light works.

But the blue one already doesn't flash.

When i choose Altitude the led works red,red,red (GPS satellites < 5), yellow
When i choose Manual red, red, red____red,red,red____red,red,red.......
When i choose Gps red,red,red,___red (the blue one didn't work so it can't be violett)____red, red, red___red___red,red,red....
When i choose Failsafe red,red,red_________red,red,red__________.... same problem her with the blue light.

What should i do??
Where i can buy a new led??

what is your voltage

I can only speak from my own experiences.

Red lights sent me boggling, twice, each time It was related to the voltage I had my battery thresholds set at. The first time when I did not know anything It took be a while to figure out that the voltage my battery was putting out was below the voltage or WK-M threshold. I worked it out and figured what I needed to do.

If you are running the wk-m off the defaults, I would then look at them, I think for a good reason they set default thresholds at a high level.

The second time was when I changed the battery cell from an s4 to an s3, even though I had a fully charged battery my wk-m was looking for a much higher voltage on the what I call "come down threshold" , so it threw flashing red.

I am not the smartest person so it took me 5 minutes the figure out, I needed to make the change in the software.

If that is not it I would go over all my wiring especially in the connection points.

That is where you may find the issue.

I am with jhardway, had the same issues.
Otherwise try to get in touch with Terry from DJI. Normally he answers very fast, couple weeks ago he replaced my WKM due to Motor Cut Problems.

This is happening to me as well on my new s800, still setting it up, but it will blink 3 red led flashes in each mode, red red red then the mode colour then red red red again. In manual only red red red pause red red red. Any ideas?
