reciver and FC problem

I have tarot zyx-m FC and taranis plus with x8r reciver. conected all 8 channels with servo cable to FC CH1-CH8, but now it doesnt want to start motors, also on calibration channels all chanels are jumping from -100 to 100??? Did I done something wrong have no idea how to solve this? please help.

Ok i menage somehow to calibrate controls, but I still cant start motors, when I pull down controlls to right left and combine like it is writen nothing happens...
