8-9 channel minimum. Typical are JR9503 or Futaba 8ch Super(14 channel) The better of those is the JR 11x or the Futaba 10chg. Cant go wrong with any of these. Some use the DXi's but I think you came this far, dont make any compromises at all if you have real equipment in the air. If you are gonna get a Naza F450 or an Xaircraft with a gopro it doesnt matter.

your saying if I bought a XAircraft X650 with any of the trimmings i.e. FC AHRS GPS etc I should just go with the ACME ver of a radio?
