Ive never used these before - do I need anything to programme these...? Wires/cables/interface?

$200 for one module and one servo (for roll)...???

I want it to stabilise the roll on my AV130.

Yes, you do need the interface and software to program the radian modules. Not exactly plug and play. If you're still interested I'd be willing to sell you a single radian and freefly servo for $300 shipped. You would still need to purchase the interface from Quadrocopter.com.
