Hi to every one!!

On first i want to apologize you for my poor english.

I build my custom frame for quadrocopter. i have a lot of 10x10mm alu profile and ply wood. but here is the problem. the middle section of quad is very "soft" and its not very strainght and i want to make it stronger. this Fuselage like to me becoue i can put everything in this fuselage and in air can see how is thing turn. so i need some seguestions about matarials to make an fuselage.. i tkink about VITROPLAST but this material is very expensive. can you help me about it??

Interesting. I was looking at making an H-8 coaxial Octocopter similar to this, but in the end decided to do something more traditional for now.

Stiffening up that frame should actually be very easy. I would use two pieces of 10mm alum square tube, and simply run it between the upper and lower frame halves. Drill through about 8 times on each side and use screws to clamp it. This should be much stiffer, and easy to do.

Hi again... now I begin to make new quad... frame will be make alu and PCB..
tommorow i will go for my new material... a will cut it with my cnc :p

Hi again... right now i making plans for this Quad once more.. becouse it wil be much stronger and i hope it will fly better.. and i have an question where to put an Control board:

option A : above of props
Option B : high as props
option C : or near center of fuselage (center of gravity)
