Hi guys, I had something weird happen to me tonight.. I was testing out a new battery on my quad when it instantly just began to spin in a clockwise rotation.. I quickly landed it and shut off the motors for fear of it acting erratic. so basic background, im running a naza m lite system w gps on my 500 size quad.. tmotor navigator mn3110 700kv w 30a esc's and 11" props.. have had countless successful flights with this naza already. motors and esc are still new (still testing out new/different setups) but everythings ok.. running stock firmware on the esc's.. trying different timing settings and naza motor idle speed settings (currently set to just above "recommended").. but everything seems fine.. plenty of successful flights so far.. tonight had a few factors involved that im hoping uyou guys can help me with.. First of all it was rainy all night.. very humid.. I was waiting for it to slow down just so I can test the new battery.. I jumped the gun and went outside while it was still drizzling.. I gave naza about a minute or 2 to warm up.. satellites ok, no red, despite the drizzly cloudy weather.. I begin to hover and fly arpound lightly trying to drain this new battery.. when all of a sudden sounded as a motor gave out and the quad just spun out.. I instantly brought it down safely and killed the motors.. I restarted them a few times to make sure they all worked fine.. I packed up and came inside.. my question: is this hardware issue? rain on electrical components? humidity in sensors? rain drop in motor? gps slipping? naza not acclimated to outside enviornemnt yet? this has never happened to me, I fly w safety in mind, but I am concerned for all my onboard gear.. is this the main difference with a system like WooKong? or am I totally off..? any info is appreciated.. and sorry for long run-on paragraph, I'm not sure how to do a break for a new paragraph.. lol.. Thanks, BT
