I have a Quad weighing 2.4 kilos with T-Motor 740 kv motors using 4s batteries, would appreciate any help on choosing the size and pitch of the props
Thank You

eCalc will put you in the right ballpark for the most part.
You can also look at it from the perspective of disc loading which is a concept similar to wing loading for fixed wings.
If the disc or wing loading is too light you MR will bounce around in the wind or develop a wobble that cannot be dialed out regardless of Basic and Attitude gain settings.

Mr take no prisoners!
Depending on the quad you might be limited on the size of prop you can use but you would likely be looking at 10 or 11 inch props, would also be worth looking at the T-motor recommendation for the particular motor.
