Problem taking off Hexacopter with NAZA M + GPS

Can anyone help?
When I start to lift off the ground, my hexacopter wants to tilt over, and it takes some fiddling with the elevator/aileron controls to take off.
Once it is off the ground it is perfectly stable, and I have had several successful flights.
I use a 3-position switch for control, set in GPS/ATT mode.
I also use a 3-position switch for IOC, set on HomeLock mode.

That's normal, take off a bit faster.

When the hex gets about 1 foot off the ground all the wiz bang gps naza whoopity stuff kicks in.
