in the setup I put x with a positive 0 with the Y and -12 on the last is that right or should they all be negative

This depends on where your CG is. Can you post some pics of your set-up so that we can have an idea of what you have? Maybe describe in 2000 words of less where you have your FC & GPS are in relation to your CG.
