Point of Interest wavers from centre with A2 controller

Hi I am having some problems keeping my S1000 fixed on the centre POI position after locked.

I have the camera fixed pointing forward so I can see exactly where the copter is pointing (zenmuse z15 w 5D3)
What is happening, is when moving slowly 1 way (just using trim) the orientation is pointing about 20 degrees to one side of the centre as it rotates.
When moving the other way slowly, the orientation shifts to pointing about 20 degrees to the other side of the centre.
It appears to be rotating around the centre ok…
As I have clients wanting to photograph the POI dead on, this is causing issues and I cant see how to resolve it.
Any help would be much appreciated !

Cheers
Andy

The only way I have been able to successfully get POI to work better than what you are describing on both the A2 and the WKM is by using trial and error in adjusting the GPS (declination) to fine tune the POI until it can achieve a straight shot. It is very time consuming and only seems to work one time. My method was to set POI at my lift off position, lift off and fly out 50 yards, engage POI, check for a centered angle, if not centered disengage POI fly back land and manually adjust the GPS declination as needed. I also tried incorporating the GPS calibration into the formula but it didn't seem to help. At the end of this don't forget to make sure you're not inducing toilet bowl effect or causing the machine to no longer fly in a straight line. This procedure needs to be tested at all degrees (0,90,180,270) from you POI. Just don't expect perfection because its probably not going to happen.
