Please help. In trouble with NAZA and S-Bus

I am trying to setup my quad but I can't get it to work properly. I wired the S-Bus port on a R6203 receiver to the X2 port of the NAZA controller and when I go to the assistant and select D-Bus everything seems to be working. I can calibrate the transmitter controls and see all the auxiliary switches actuating.

When I then disconnect the NAZA from the computer, reboot and try to fly it I get the normal startup blinking up to the four green lights but then a rapid yellow blinking kicks in. From the manual it seems it is because there is a loss in transmitter signal but the receiver has a green light on it and the servos I connect directly to the receiver work!

So if the S-Bus connection is proper, given that the assistant works flawlessly, and the receiver has signal from the transmitter, why is the NAZA controller complaining?

Thanks for your advice.

That was it! Thank you sooooo much. I wonder if they will ever rewrite the manual.

Now the problem I have is that one of the 2212 motors does not spin and instead just stutters...
