Analog servos are usually limited to 50Hz - some will take around 70Hz but more than that can actually fry some analog servos.
Most digital servos will operate at 333Hz. You can drive them at 400Hz but there would likely be no difference over 333Hz.
Specialised tail gyro servos use a different frame size and usually won't work at all as gimbal servos.
That Alware is odd - I've never seen 200Hz as a quoted spec before - strange
