I am looking for your expertise here, guys... (I am a beginner!!)
I received a brand new Phantom 2 - that was nearly 8 months ago... I never had a chance to open the box and spend time with my Phantom until a couple of weeks ago. I've charged everything, got it up in the air, left, right, up, down - just a few metres up in the air, nothing adventurous. Of course, I read the manual first and noticed I should be connecting the Phantom to my Mac and do the latest firmware upgrade - which as far as I can see on DJI's website is v3.08. I watched a few videos on 'how to', however I have also read through posts and understand that sometimes, some machines behave badly after a firmware upgrade.
Could you please let me know if you've experienced any 'side effects' to this latest firmware upgrade on the Phantom? I believe it's been released on the 24th Oct 2014.
