OSD (grrrr)

Hi Folks....

I am trying to load the latest version of MW OSD on to my minimisd micro....with zero success. I have it plugged into my FTDI and I am not sure it's seeing the osd board. There is no activity on the osd (lights of any kind), but when I plug it I, two additional lights come on on the FTDI. All that said, the MS OSD software does not seem to recognize it. It tells me no com port is selected, but I cannot find where it allows you to select one???? Help. Please?

I have downloaded and installed all the appropriate drivers. I THINK I have a bad board (FTDI board) There is no output on the 5v pin when it's hooked to a com port even though the LED is lit showing that it has power coming in..... I'll keep hammering at it....thanks John.
