Oscillation problem

Hello guys:

I just assembled a F550 butmodified to 650.

It have 690 multistar Motors
30 ESC
NAza v2
Futaba T8j

My problem is to get the proper gains.

With 12 props is very unstable. the gains with no breeze are about 200 200 130 140 and att 140 140 but with breeze it become more unstable. Also the auto take off is too violent.

With 10 inch, it flies much better. THe gains area about 270 270 (other maintain)

I am starting to believe that the problem is over power, that the revs with 12 props are not enough to maintain good controlan be efficient.

I tried with 12 because im planning to install a gimball and a Gopro.

Any suggestion?

The gains seem very high to me, not where they say to start in the manual.

I just set it now with 10"props. SO far in Pitch it looks good at 195% On roll still needs to work a little.

BUt my question is, could it be posible that with 12" is over power?? Because with 10" it flight way better.
