Nex5n triggering panoramic shots

I'm currently triggering my nex using a gentled. This gives me the ability to take photos and video, but it will not trigger photos when the camera is in the panoramic mode. Have any of you guys figured out a way of getting this to work without mechanical triggering or hacking the switch?

Some Functions cannot be remotely triggered, e.g. HDR, Panorama, ... Why don´t you just take the photos, and combine them on the ground using a panorama software?
