Going to run it on 6-cell lipos.

Mainly concerned with the motors - anybody know anything about these? The thrust at 50% on 14*4.7 is 1380 grams which seems insane, especially for $37.

The whole thing (minus what I already own) should cost around $1500.

I've always wanted to fly a Y6 - many people say it's the best platform out there.

Whaddya' think?

Was thinking about the same brand motors for 4S 690KV version.

I have the Multi star motors from hobby king and they seem pretty nice but only been running 4 s I just ordered some new esc so I can run 6 si have been thinking about trying y6 do u have a link to the frame your gonna use?

Most of these motors are manufactured by DYS.

They are made to the buyer's specification, so from brand to brand it can be different.
