Bartman- do you remember what timing you were using on the esc's with those kde motors, low/med/high. i remember you said you were not having sync issues.

the ESC's have 7 timing settings (I think it's 7) and I was using the middle setting. with LOW/MID/HIGH I'd try MID first.

this build has pretty much stopped. I sold the gimbal and the heli is sitting in my shop. not sure if I'm going to part it out in the classifieds or use the motors/esc's/A2 on an XY8 as a backup for the Mikrokopter XY8 that carries the multirotorforums.com Mōvi M5.

if someone wanted to buy the hex as-is I'd consider it but I've modified the gear so they can't be used as designed for an S800 and the wood frame plates probably aren't stiff enough for long term use without some sort of exoskeleton like I had in the brackets for the Zenmuse.

this has been a crazy year and the Zenmuse Hex is a victim of the insanity! but did anyone really expect the XY guy to fly a Hex anyway?? lol i kid!
