New Herkules III octo configuration with XXL heatsink RTF for sale

I have two brand new Herkules III esc for sale. Received them yesterday morning.

The boards come 100% tested, pre soldered on an XXL heatsink RTF from the factory. I am including the USB programmer cable.

The reason I am selling is that in the time the boards were redesigned and released I purchased Castle's esc's instead.

Do you think it is ok to sell a "Betatesting sample" which you received in confidence and almost for material cost underhand in the world?
You promised to do beta-tests with it and report it to the supplier.

It was a bit of communication break down between me and my brother that used my account while I was away on business. I told him to clean office and he thought the Herkules too.

The sale was cancelled right after it was posted and I for sure am not selling my "precious"
