Hello, I am new to this forum and multi-rotors.

I have a Cheerson CX-20 and this is my first aerial RC unit. There has been a bit of a learning curve but i am excited to learn more and upgrade eventually.

I am from Kansas City so anyone else from the area please let me know!

Welcome aboard Protege. I think you'll find some great folks here at MRF that are always willing to lend a hand.

Does the CX-20 have a APM flight controller? If so, the learning curve can be a bit steeper than some of the other FCs out there - but I think you'll find some great advantages if you stick with it.

Have you had the opportunity to practice with a simulator or a small "toy" quad? Might help work out some of the kinks (crashes) and avoid damage to the more expensive quad.

Looks like you're off to a decent start though. Take it slow and be safe.
